Key responsibilities & impact

Work with managers and the managing director to deliver existing projects and support the growing customer base
Find ways to retain existing customers and acquire new customers in French, UK/US, and Spanish markets
Develop, write, or adjust clients’ job descriptions
Use various channels to identify, source, and engage top talent for client positions
Support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing candidates, managing job postings, screening applicants, and salary negotiation
Build client relationships by supporting day-to-day needs
Report to the managing director

What you’ll need

Degree level educated, Bachelor / Master
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within IT Recruitment Businesses or IT Professional Services
Experience recruiting for contract and permanent positions
Excellent communication skills
French and English required
Excellent Boolean skills
Demonstrated track record of hitting targets and delivering successful and profitable results as an experienced Recruitment Consultant
Self-organized
Enthusiasm and confidence communicating with higher management at all levels
Excellent work ethic
Must be based within a maximum of 1 hour time zone from Switzerland (CEST +/- 1)
