About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer Protheus on TOTVS Cloud (PaaS), monitor performance, upgrade versions, and lead company and branch migrations
  • Gather business needs, analyze processes, propose improvements, and document requirements, scope, and solutions
  • Define solutions aligned with business rules, prioritizing native features and configuration
  • Guide development efforts and support compliance with Brazil’s Tax Reform
  • Plan schedules, track deliverables, validate solutions, and ensure production stabilization
  • Lead meetings, align expectations with stakeholders, share knowledge, and propose improvements to processes and systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Protheus Analyst, working with implementation, enhancement, and support
  • Experience with TOTVS Cloud and strong knowledge of Protheus architecture and its main modules
  • Knowledge of business rules and integration across tax, accounting, finance, and operations, including Brazil’s Tax Reform (IBS, CBS, and IS) and the Tax Configurator
  • Knowledge of Software Engineering, requirements elicitation, and requirements traceability
  • Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN), UML documentation, and user stories
  • Knowledge of data modeling (ERD), relational databases, and SQL
  • Knowledge of PMBOK, Scrum, RUP, and agile methodologies
  • Clear communication between business areas and technical teams
  • Experience leading meetings, coordinating teams, and managing projects
  • Systems thinking, critical analysis, and results-oriented mindset
  • Proactivity, autonomy, negotiation skills, and stakeholder expectation management
  • A graduate degree and certifications such as TOTVS Protheus, PMP, ITIL, or Scrum are a plus
  • Knowledge of ADVPL/TLPP is a plus
  • Experience with integrations via REST APIs, TOTVS Fluig, and BI tools is a plus
