About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement, and enhance internal process automations using Artificial Intelligence tools and agents
- Analyze existing workflows and routines, identifying opportunities to apply AI
- Integrate AI agents with systems and tools already used by WeSafer
- Collaborate with different areas of the company to understand needs and transform them into technology solutions
- Document the solutions developed, ensuring technical clarity and traceability
- Actively participate in project alignment and progress meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in progress or completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of Python (the primary language for AI development)
- Familiarity with REST APIs and systems integration
- Interest in and/or initial experience with AI tools (LLMs, automation, agents)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Preferred: experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
- Preferred: knowledge of n8n, Make, or other automation platforms
- Preferred: familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
- Preferred: experience with version control (Git)
- Preferred: knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
