About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Pages
Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications using Microsoft development tools and technologies
Use Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to deliver projects on time and within budget
Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing
Integrate applications with existing systems and APIs
Deploy applications to production and monitor performance for stability and scalability
Stay current with Microsoft development tools and Microsoft 365 platform functionality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1-3+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI and other Power Platform tools
Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint Lists and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL)
Experience writing efficient SQL queries
Familiarity with cloud computing concepts
Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 core services, including SharePoint Online, Power BI, OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook
Experience with Microsoft Graph API
Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Understanding of Microsoft identity platform (Azure Active Directory)
