About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact existing B2C customers by phone
- Explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately
- Understand each customer’s situation and discuss whether the product meets their needs
- Explain relevant benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions
- Document conversations and outcomes according to project requirements
- Follow rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection
- Introduce insurance designed to cover an outstanding loan balance under policy-defined circumstances
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Finnish
- Good working English
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance
- Qualifications required to offer and arrange insurance for customers in the Finnish market
- Evidence of required training, experience, registration or authorisation
- Responsible, customer-focused approach to sales
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Own PC and/or laptop for work
- Internet bandwidth of more than 50,000 Mbit/s is an available option in the application requirements
- Currently authorised to offer or arrange insurance for customers, through own licence or registration
