About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and maintain fullstack solutions across Java and/or Kotlin backend and React frontend

  • Independently evaluate and validate AI-assisted code
  • Manage data layers using PostgreSQL
  • Collaborate on DevOps practices and GitHub workflows
  • Deliver within an end-to-end Scrum framework

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Medior+ experience as a hands-on Fullstack Engineer
  • Experience with Java and/or Kotlin on the backend
  • Experience with React on the frontend
  • Practical, hands-on experience using AI-assisted development workflows
  • Ability to independently write, debug, and review complex codebases
  • Familiarity with software architecture, PostgreSQL, GitHub, and DevOps principles
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive mindset toward task ownership and cross-functional Agile collaboration
  • Excellent Czech or Slovak language proficiency
  • At least technical English proficiency
