About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently build, model, and deploy complex MicroStrategy reports, metrics, attributes, and dashboards for telecommunications network operations
  • Lead the end-to-end migration of existing QlikView reports to MicroStrategy
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements
  • Write, optimize, and debug complex SQL queries for efficient data processing and fast report response times
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to translate domain requirements into BI solutions
  • Conduct quality checks, data validation, and performance testing on migrated reporting structures
  • Document report specifications, data flows, and migration mappings for maintenance and technical reference

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience as a MicroStrategy Developer
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end BI reports and dashboards independently across multiple large-scale projects
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, querying, performance tuning, and complex report creation
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with report migration projects, specifically transitioning reports from legacy systems to MicroStrategy
  • Solid understanding of Data Warehousing principles, star/snowflake schemas, and BI dimensional modeling
  • Strong practical experience or familiarity with QlikView is a huge bonus
  • Excellent Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills, written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to take ownership in high-tempo project environments
