About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, scale, and modernize server, network, and cloud environments
- Implement and automate Patch and Vulnerability Management workflows
- Identify, assess, and patch system flaws
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune
- Enforce security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, and endpoint security
- Provide infrastructure-level support for SOC security tooling such as SIEM and EDR
- Maintain IT asset management, lifecycle hygiene, and precise technical documentation
- Execute infrastructure changes
- Streamline ITSM workflows and automate operational tasks
- Implement technical remediation measures resulting from IT audits in alignment with the IT Security team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years in IT Operations or Infrastructure Engineering
- Advanced proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on experience with Patch Management and Vulnerability Management
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, and Intune
- Solid background in network infrastructure and security principles
- Experience with ITSM processes, including Incident and Change Management
- Ability to independently design, architect, and deploy technical solutions
- Familiarity with Tenable Nessus, Azure Arc, or FortiSIEM is nice to have
- Familiarity with Linux, PowerShell scripting, and operational automation
- Experience in banking or strictly regulated environments
- Familiarity with DORA framework and security standards is a strong plus
- Slovak language for daily communication
- Technical English for documentation
