About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set the 3–5 year product strategy and maintain the product roadmap
Translate Neumo’s product lines into a differentiated product vision tied to enterprise growth goals
Own product budgets, performance, risk, and key metrics including ARR, net revenue retention, adoption, and time to value
Make organizational-design decisions and build a scalable product organization
Coach Directors and Managers, lead senior hiring, manage succession planning, and develop product leaders
Lead enterprise-wide product initiatives and cross-functional transformation
Advise the C-suite on strategic opportunities, investments, risk remediation, and build-buy-partner decisions
Maintain product mission and culture aligned with improving government services
Represent Neumo product to major clients, partners, industry forums, and executive audiences
Establish the product operating model, standards, governance, discovery-to-delivery practices, pricing, and packaging
Champion modern, AI-assisted product practices and secure, responsible AI-enabled capabilities for regulated public-sector products
Collaborate with product and engineering peers to strengthen the combined organization
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience, including significant people-management and leadership experience in a growing software or SaaS business
Proven success leading a product function at scale and developing leaders
Deep government-technology and market expertise preferred
Track record of owning budgets, financial performance, and organizational design
Ability to develop enterprise strategy and lead organizational change
Fluency in SaaS economics, including ARR, retention, pricing, and profitability
Executive communication with board, client, and partner presence
Leadership development and organizational design expertise
Change leadership and transformation at scale
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
Ability to occasionally move about inside the office
Frequent communication via telephone and video conferencing
