About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a resource nurse who plans, coordinates, evaluates, provides for, and delivers health care services to patients.
- Provide medical field support by performing various medical and clerical activities.
- Assure quality patient care and a more efficient workplace.
- Work in the clinic in LeRoy, Minnesota.
Requirements
What you’ll need- RN or LPN: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- RN or LPN: A current Iowa license as an LPN or RN is required.
- CMA: High school diploma or equivalents.
- CMA: Graduate of an approved school for medical assistants.
- CMA: Certification as a medical assistant within six months of hire.
- Minimum of six months previous work experience in a health care facility performing duties related to patient care is preferred.
- Basic computer and telephone skills preferred.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Maintain/display professionalism with all patients and coworkers.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail, including time management and work flow required.
- Must be flexible and adaptable.
- Must be willing to accept responsibility and accountability for own actions.
- Obtain certificate in BCLS within three months in position.
