Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage high-impact consulting teams, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and deliver tangible results
Engage with senior/executive stakeholders in local government, building strong relationships and understanding their challenges and opportunities
Drive the development and implementation of innovative technology strategies to enhance public sector efficiency and service delivery
Mentor and develop project managers, leads, and consultants
Identify new business opportunities and enhance Avèro Advisors' service offerings
Oversee and manage a portfolio of client-engagement projects
Provide guidance to client stakeholders
Manage project budgets
Lead project teams
Communicate with clients
Coordinate project plans
Meet project deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Project management, program management, or consulting experience
Experience managing a portfolio of projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and within scope
Adept at managing resources and ensuring customer satisfaction
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification is a plus
Proven experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on digital transformation and/or ERP implementations
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent stakeholder management abilities
Ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the public sector
