About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Retailer- and CPG-funded Shopper Marketing initiatives using Avery Dennison's proprietary shelfAdz® media solution
- Independently manage assigned duties for one or more client accounts and areas of focus
- Work with cross-functional sales, client service, programming, IT, creative, delivery, and production teams
- Build strong relationships with process owners across client and Avery Dennison functional areas
- Plan, organize, and manage project timelines through completion
- Communicate clear and realistic expectations to internal and external cross-functional team members
- Ensure error-free deliverables and exceptional client experiences
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide day-to-day client relationship management
- Resolve client and internal partner questions or issues
- Evaluate when to escalate concerns and recommend resolutions to Senior Sales Support and Sales Operations management
- Identify process inefficiencies or inaccuracies and measure performance against process requirements, service level agreements, and quality goals
- Provide best-practice recommendations and identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent related business experience and/or training required in lieu of a degree
- 2–3 years of related business experience preferred
- Previous media/retail promotions industry experience is a plus
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Ability to present information effectively to clients, employees, and management
- Ability to work independently with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain high organization with minimal supervision in a remote work environment
- High service-level orientation and outstanding attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- CRM experience is a plus
- Final candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and drug screening
