About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the Project Manager to ensure smooth and effective transition to Business Central
- Liaise and communicate with external software partners
- Gather requirements for system setup, including local government reporting
- Translate business requirements to technical teams and find solutions
- Implement training programs and training manuals
- Drive user adoption of the software and standardization within the system
- Ensure reporting meets local and global business requirements
- Work with local teams to ensure the system is adequately set up, tested, and rolled out
- Design and execute strategies to facilitate employee adoption of the new system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience using Microsoft Business Central or similar system
- 8+ years’ experience in accounting and finance
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives
- Experience training others in a finance environment
- Excellent communication, change management, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to interact with users from different countries and cultures
- Positive can-do attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
