About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Efficiently operate AVIPAM systems to complete domestic and international travel requests
Search for, book, and confirm services according to client needs
Maintain in-depth knowledge of client travel policies to provide accurate guidance and personalized, consultative support
Offer viable alternatives and prompt guidance for transportation, accommodation, and other requested travel products
Respond accurately and promptly within SLA deadlines
Comply with supplier rules and policies
Provide fares, exchange rates, and penalties to support fast and effective decision-making
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including passports and visas
Deliver service with a strong focus on the customer experience
Align service delivery with AVIPAM and client strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

A completed degree in Tourism or a related field is preferred
Proven experience at travel agencies or a Travel Management Company (TMC)
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Sabre and Amadeus GDS platforms and online booking tools (OBT), including Argo, Reserve, Concur, and/or Lemontech
Proficiency in using airline portals
Advanced English is a plus
