About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Advisor Hub product family and own Advisor Hub ACP
  • Manage and coach three Product Owners
  • Set product direction and measurable outcomes with the Director of Product Management
  • Lead product discovery and coach Product Owners in customer, user, data and stakeholder research
  • Partner with Product Designer, Tech Lead and engineers to balance value, viability, desirability and feasibility
  • Break opportunities into small, testable increments and develop practical release plans
  • Own prioritization and the product backlog for the assigned area
  • Collaborate with compliance, privacy, operations, marketing, finance and technology partners
  • Develop Product Owners and strengthen discovery and product judgment
  • Communicate product direction, evidence, trade-offs and results to stakeholders
  • Champion Aviso’s customer-centric product model and remove organizational barriers
  • Monitor investor needs, industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Significant hands-on experience managing technology-powered products; typically 8+ years of related experience, though equivalent depth and impact are welcome
  • Understanding of customer-centric product models and modern product discovery and delivery
  • Experience setting product direction, defining success measures, prioritizing against customer and business outcomes, and delivering value through iterative releases
  • Strong customer, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience partnering with product design, technology leads and engineers
  • Technical fluency sufficient to understand constraints and collaborate effectively
  • People leadership and coaching skills
  • Business acumen and cross-functional experience with customer experience, finance, sales, marketing, operations, compliance and privacy
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills
  • Understanding of end-to-end customer experience and product dependencies
  • Comfort with product, analytics and collaboration tools
  • Fluent English communication required
  • Bilingual French skills are an asset
