About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliate channels
  • Perform campaign setup tasks including trafficking, UTM generation, creative updates, and ad-unit QA
  • Coordinate with external partners on projections, performance alignment, and campaign deliverables
  • Oversee partner spend and pacing across multiple data sources
  • Assist with onboarding new partners through media plan coordination, tracking setup, and documentation
  • Analyze marketing and performance data and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Support reporting automation and build Tableau or Looker dashboards
  • Develop recurring performance reports and ad hoc analyses for stakeholders and leadership
  • Provide KPI-aligned optimization recommendations
  • Oversee marketing operations processes including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and internal workflow submissions
  • Support app event and pixel implementation and troubleshoot tracking issues
  • Collaborate with legal, privacy, brand, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with marketing tests and new initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations and analytics, and Google partner management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of the Google Ads platform, specifically running app campaigns
  • Strong experience with Tableau or Looker for building dashboards, analyzing data, and making KPI-aligned optimization recommendations
  • Experience with direct platform execution (Meta, Google Ads) is preferred
  • Experience building automated reports is preferred
