About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and monitor Credit Insurance claims processes
- Review documents, information, and conditions set forth in insurance policies
- Support the preparation of claims analyses and opinions
- Request and follow up on outstanding documents, ensuring deadlines are met
- Support the analysis of payment defaults and indemnity amounts
- Maintain contact with policyholders, brokers, and internal teams
- Update systems and tracking tools, monitoring claims through to closure
- Identify inconsistencies and situations requiring more in-depth legal analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Law or a related field
- Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret documents and contracts
- Excellent communication skills and ease in interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Strong sense of responsibility for deadlines and process follow-up
- Experience with claims, Credit Insurance, or legal analysis is a plus
