About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle customer inquiries by phone in German, French, and Italian
  • Process customer orders
  • Assist with and support various customer service activities
  • Work Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., and occasionally on Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., according to the work schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Vocational training in pharmacy, healthcare, or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service, a pharmacy, or a drugstore
  • Pleasant telephone manner and strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong service and customer focus
  • Friendly, empathetic, and persuasive manner when interacting with customers
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, outgoing and open-minded
  • Fluent in German and French
  • Italian at least at B2 level
