About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for operational sales, inventory, and procurement planning across multiple locations
  • Prepare and continuously optimize forecasts and demand plans
  • Ensure product availability through active management of inventory, transfers, and procurement
  • Identify shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks at an early stage, and initiate appropriate measures
  • Monitor expiry dates and batches
  • Support sales stoppages, recalls, and returns in accordance with GDP and quality requirements
  • Prepare and facilitate the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process
  • Analyze relevant KPIs and prepare reports, scenarios, and decision papers
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Further develop planning processes and systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher professional education or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or inventory management
  • Industry experience in logistics, pharmaceuticals, or retail is an advantage
  • Analytical, structured, and forward-looking approach, with a strong affinity for numbers
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented personality with a strong understanding of processes
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with various departments
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Experience with reporting and BI tools, ERP and planning systems, such as SAP and RELEX
  • French language skills at B1 level are an advantage
