About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Develop schedules and plans aligned with client objectives and internal capabilities
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
Manage project budget, timeline, scope, and quality
Report project performance indicators to leadership
Ensure proper documentation, status reports, and communication flow
Support change management and scope control in alignment with contractual obligations
Lead daily project meetings and executive steering committees
Apply rigorous governance in accordance with internal and industry best practices
Lead multicultural teams on national and global projects
Manage project resource allocation and margins
Manage the project’s financial performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for this position
7+ years of experience managing SAP projects or complex implementations, preferably in consulting or client-facing environments
Experience with greenfield projects, rollouts, and system conversions to S/4HANA
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholders
Experience with Agile/hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred
