About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Content creation: writing captions, viral hooks, and short-form video scripts
- Community management: managing accounts and responding to comments and DMs
- Editorial strategy: planning and maintaining a publishing calendar for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Trend monitoring: spotting trends ahead of the curve and adapting them for our clients
- Performance analysis: tracking KPIs (reach, engagement, growth) and preparing reports
- Collaborating with the video editing and motion design teams to produce impactful content
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in digital communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
- Excellent written French skills
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts best practices
- Creative, self-motivated, curious, and proactive in proposing ideas
- Comfortable using planning tools such as Notion, Trello, and Google Workspace
- Having an active TikTok or Instagram account is a major plus
