About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and operate the Axway API Management platform
  • Integrate, deploy, and secure APIs on the API Gateway
  • Design and enhance REST APIs in line with architecture standards
  • Implement security policies and ensure reliable data exchanges
  • Support project teams and platform users
  • Produce technical documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI, architecture documents, flow diagrams, procedures)
  • Participate in platform monitoring and continuous improvement using ELK
  • Provide support, corrective maintenance, and ongoing enhancements for the solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in API Management, integration, or data exchange
  • Proficiency with Axway API Management
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API Gateway, Java, and Swagger/OpenAPI
  • Knowledge of network architectures and securing data flows: DMZ, WAF, Proxy, Reverse Proxy, Load Balancer, Firewall
  • Experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, thorough, and an excellent communicator
