About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the migration of a healthcare CRM environment from Salesforce to a modern target platform
  • Evaluate and select the best target CRM platform
  • Re-architect active data flows and healthcare integrations
  • Execute seamless end-to-end data cutover before a key 2027 milestone
  • Take full ownership of architectural decisions, migration strategies, and execution timelines
  • Communicate migration roadmaps, technical risks, and workflow impacts across engineering, clinical, and operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive hands-on expertise across Salesforce (Apex/Flows) and modern alternative CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or Zendesk
  • Proven track record planning, executing, and finalizing complex multi-platform CRM data cutovers from scratch
  • Expertise re-architecting and rebuilding active data pipelines across EHR systems, custom APIs, messaging platforms, and third-party tools
  • Mastery of historical data cleanup, field mapping, clean data synchronization, and rollback safeguards
  • Ability to write production-ready data pipelines, scripts, and reliable synchronization workflows end-to-end
  • Healthcare ecosystem experience, particularly with EHR platforms such as athenaOne
  • Knowledge of multi-tool integration stacks including JotForm, Vonage, Customer.io, or Artera
  • Experience with automated data validation, migration monitoring, and schema transformations
