Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate, administer, and further develop desktop virtualization environments (VDI/RDS)
  • Design, implement, and support modern Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solutions for customers
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues in second-level support
  • Plan and implement migration, rollout, and optimization projects
  • Work closely with Sales and Consulting teams
  • Support customers in designing future-proof IT environments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed IT training, a degree, or an equivalent qualification; career changers are expressly welcome
  • Several years of experience administering desktop virtualization environments (VDI/RDS)
  • Good knowledge of Omnissa Horizon / VMware Horizon; alternatively, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops or Microsoft AVD
  • Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
  • Analytical and structured approach, with a strong customer-, service-, and team-oriented mindset
  • Category B driver's license
  • German proficiency, both written and spoken
  • English skills are an advantage
