About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design user workflows, UI, and detailed specifications for priority solutions
Partner with Product Managers and engineers from discovery through delivery
Conduct user research with internal stakeholders, customers, and users
Use AI tools to synthesize research findings and surface patterns
Produce flow diagrams, wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes
Test designs with internal and external customers
Write detailed specifications covering interaction logic, edge cases, and technical considerations
Build functional prototypes using AI-powered development tools
Support engineering throughout development by answering questions and resolving ambiguity
Present research findings and design rationale to stakeholders
Create accessible experiences for desktop office staff and mobile caregivers
Use and help maintain AxisCare’s web and mobile design system and style guide

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience in a UX design role
Experience designing B2B or SaaS products
Hands-on use of AI tools in a design workflow for research synthesis, ideation, content, or prototyping
Proficiency with Figma and the broader modern design toolchain, including AI-integrated design and prototyping tools
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end fundamentals
Proficiency in designing accessible user experiences, with working knowledge of WCAG standards
A Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (HCI, Computer Science, or related discipline), or equivalent professional experience
Experience partnering with engineering teams, including comfort with Jira or equivalent tools
Portfolio showing process from problem and research through design decisions and outcomes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Creative, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Ability and desire to embrace AxisCare’s guiding principles
