Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs from planning through deployment, acceptance, and adoption
Lead multiple high-impact programs while managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
Translate customer and regulatory requirements into executable delivery plans with Product and Engineering
Serve as program lead for customers and internal stakeholders
Drive alignment across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product, and external partners
Identify and mitigate risks before they affect delivery or customer trust
Lead program-level change management as requirements evolve
Communicate complex technical and operational topics to executive, technical, and frontline audiences
Identify delivery gaps, refine processes, and scale repeatable enterprise execution models
Mentor peers and share lessons learned

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in enterprise SaaS, hardware-enabled platforms, or mission-critical environments
Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder deployments for enterprise or global customers
Program management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, risk, dependency, and change management
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Excellent communication skills for executive, technical, and customer audiences
Demonstrated capability managing multiple programs simultaneously
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience implementing process improvements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
PMP certification preferred
