About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the growth and management of manufacturing vendor relationships
  • Assist with transaction coordination, pipeline management, vendor onboarding, and day-to-day relationship support
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver financing solutions
  • Understand customer needs through conversations with the sales team, data mining, and industry publications
  • Submit complete and thorough credit applications
  • Follow up with customers regarding missing application materials, credit questions, and required contract documentation
  • Maintain information and forecasting data in internal systems
  • Facilitate and expedite communications with vendor partners and customers
  • Assist sales with providing quotes to vendor partners
  • Gather background information on original equipment manufacturers and their sales channels for potential new programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Successfully pass a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening
  • Must not test positive for marijuana due to federal banking regulations
  • Must meet employment eligibility requirements verified through E-Verify
