About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process equipment funding payables and prepare payments for review
Prepare daily/monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Assist with cash management activities, including bank reconciliations
Assist with periodic reporting to funding sources, including portfolio concentration, ineligibles, delinquency, write-offs, recoveries, residual realization, and borrowing base reporting
Assist in audit and tax preparation
Assist in annual report activities, including preparation and timely submission of filings, as needed
Update job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, personal networks, and professional organizations
Work closely with internal accounting and treasury partners, vendors, and dealers
Research and resolve variances while managing recurring deadlines
Report to the Servicing Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor/Associate degree or relevant years of practical work experience in finance or accounting
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Meets deadlines
Adherence to policies and procedures
Proficient in Excel required
Accounting and accounting systems preferred
Must successfully pass a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including screening for marijuana
Must satisfy employment eligibility verification requirements through E-Verify
