About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate on an operational team that supports clients
Complete daily workloads accurately and in a timely manner
Support one or more functions including Account Services, Alternative Investments, Cash Management, Client Communications, Conversions, Corporate Actions, Mutual Funds, Settlements, Stock Receipts, Tax, Trading, and Transfers
Review documentation and process requests
Analyze information to ensure high level quality
Interface with a variety of systems and departments to resolve tasks
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

HS Diploma
Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office or professional environment required
Exposure to financial services or related industry preferred
Demonstrated ability to learn operational processes and apply business acumen
Must successfully pass a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including screening for marijuana
Must satisfy employment eligibility verification requirements through E-Verify
