About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute portfolio model changes and implement CIO-directed investment strategy updates
- Coordinate portfolio rebalancing activities and monitor completion of trading activities
- Research, resolve, and escalate account-level trading exceptions and portfolio discrepancies
- Support client account onboarding, transfers, restrictions, and investment preference changes
- Ensure portfolio allocations remain aligned with approved models, investment objectives, and client restrictions
- Partner with portfolio management, trading, operations, and client service teams to facilitate investment-related account maintenance
- Monitor portfolio implementation activity and assist with quality control reviews
- Maintain accurate records and documentation supporting portfolio changes and trading activities
- Assist with process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
- Support regulatory, compliance, and audit requests related to portfolio management activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience
- Series 7 & 66
- Must successfully pass a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening
- Must satisfy U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements through E-Verify
