About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the migration of valid procurement contracts from legacy systems to the new system
  • Prepare and clean contract data for mass upload
  • Manually upload individual contracts and extract relevant information
  • Support improvement of procure-to-pay processes for order creation, intake and management
  • Contribute to Procurement Excellence initiatives
  • Work closely with specialist departments and IT on real projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently studying business, supply chain management or a related field
  • Good grasp of purchasing and commercial fundamentals
  • Ideally, some exposure to operational procurement
  • Confident working with Excel
  • Structured, independent and careful working style
  • Enjoys collaborating with others
  • Very good German and English skills, at least B2
  • Experience with AI tools or basic programming knowledge, such as Python, is a plus
