About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain reliable AI-powered automations, including Skills and MCP servers, across the organization
Identify repetitive, manual tasks with Operational Excellence colleagues and design solutions to reduce effort
Enable stakeholders and teammates to use AxpoGPT, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, M365 Copilot, Databricks, and GitHub Copilot effectively
Collaborate with the GenAI Competency Centre to stay current, reuse existing components, and share use cases
Engage with the broader Data & AI community, including DnA Summits
Independently run improvement projects with colleagues across business units
Test and document solutions for reuse

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Azure Cloud, Databricks pipelines, GitHub CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep)
Ideally, experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, PydanticAI, or Semantic Kernel
Hands-on experience applying AI to real tasks
Effective prompting and tool selection skills
Familiarity with Claude Cowork & Code, Databricks, M365 Copilot, or GitHub Copilot is a strong advantage
Ability to build lightweight automations using Python, scripting, or low-code/no-code tools
Understanding of responsible AI practices, including data handling, access controls, and human oversight
Excellent communication skills and a coaching mindset
Pragmatic, reliable, and proactive approach
Fluent in English
Additional languages such as Spanish, German, or French are an advantage
