About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, clean, validate, and analyse procurement data from multiple sources
Create recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses for procurement stakeholders
Support savings reporting methodology, tracking, and validation of reported figures
Ensure data quality, reconcile figures, and help resolve issues in reporting outputs
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical outputs
Support testing and user adoption activities for reporting and analytics solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data analysis tools
Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and confidence working with stakeholders
Experience with Excel and ideally Power BI or a similar visualisation tool
Ideally, experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance
Knowledge of Databricks or data modelling is advantageous
Proficient in English
German is a plus
