About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent, impactful user experiences
  • Conduct user research using user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings to uncover user needs

  • Create user flows, mockups, prototypes, and detailed specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
  • 3+ years designing for complex products or commercial apps
  • College degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience tackling complex design problems and driving design work end-to-end, from discovery through delivery
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative, self-directed way of working
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving and clear thinking, especially within complex ecosystems
  • Bonus: experience designing for energy markets, trading systems, and/or building complex prototypes
