About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Scout technologies and trends and quantify their potential value for the high-voltage grid
Develop use cases with specialist departments, articulate value propositions, and specify requirements
Support the implementation of the Grid division’s digitalisation strategy and develop your own project ideas
Lead digitalisation and innovation projects from commissioning software development through to commissioning and go-live
Manage robotics and automation projects in the field together with Operations
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as universities and start-ups

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in engineering, physics, or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience managing projects, ideally in digitalisation and innovation
Knowledge of the energy sector and an interest in new technological developments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
Very good written and spoken German and English
