About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and highly available infrastructure and services using internal products
- Coordinate, provide feedback, and contribute to improving internal products
- Guide, support, and troubleshoot developers with application deployment and connectivity
- Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning for optimal resource utilization
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews
- Collaborate continuously with teams to improve services and components as use cases become more complex
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree, technical college background, or vocational training, along with 6+ years of experience on medium to large IT infrastructure projects
- 4+ years of hands-on, in-depth experience with Azure Cloud, including hybrid cloud architectures
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AKS
- Solid understanding of modern software architecture and design
- Strong expertise configuring Azure Services with Terraform, particularly Network, Application Gateway, API Management, and AKS
- Working knowledge of Windows server and database administration, Jenkins, Octopus, PowerShell, and Bash
- Experience collaborating with nearshore or offshore teams
- DevOps mindset and proactive, analytical approach
- Advanced English (C1) required
- Good level of Spanish advantageous
- German is a plus
- Industry certifications in Azure, Terraform, or Kubernetes ideally held
