About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall responsibility for schedule, costs, quality, and risk management from bid submission through project acceptance
- Analyze and define project ideas and requirements in greater detail
- Prepare project proposals outlining objectives, resources, and the project plan
- Organize and lead project teams to achieve objectives efficiently
- Provide significant support during the bid phase
- Coordinate collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Product and Service Management
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase
- Continuously develop project management processes
- Coach and train the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of project management experience
- Ideally, experience leading large, complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Experience in telecommunications is an advantage
- University degree specializing in ICT or Security, or equivalent training
- Project management certification, such as HERMES, PMI, IPMA, or PRINCE2, is an advantage, or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- French language skills are an advantage
- Strong and persuasive communication skills
- Independent and self-directed working style
- Ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
