About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor the condition of the facility, including office areas, conference rooms, breakrooms, and common spaces
  • Respond to cleaning requests submitted through Microsoft Teams or Outlook
  • Spot-clean spills, glass, entry doors, and floors as needed
  • Assist with desk setups, office moves, and furniture arrangements
  • Set up spaces for special on-site events or meetings
  • Reset conference rooms and collaborative spaces after meetings
  • Support special projects and workplace improvements as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of facilities, custodial or workplace operations experience in an office environment or corporate setting required
  • Proactive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams for communication
  • Detail-oriented, with pride in a clean, polished space
  • Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Must be able to work in the Dallas office; this is not a remote role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in and currently reside in the United States
