About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide the Finance Business Unit with expertise in consolidation and consolidated reporting
  • Help clients rethink their processes and implement new tools
  • Develop Finance offerings and expertise in consolidation
  • Serve as the key client contact for designing, deploying and optimizing consolidation and consolidated reporting solutions
  • Build roadmaps and optimize reporting and consolidation processes
  • Support business owners on tool deployment projects (Tagetik, Group Reporting, SAP FC, HFM, OneStream, etc.)
  • Oversee and participate in drafting business requirements and functional specifications
  • Supervise testing, go-live and post-deployment support
  • Prepare functional documentation and user guides
  • Support client teams in building their capabilities
  • Organize and lead training and awareness sessions
  • Supervise and manage consulting teams working on engagements
  • Coordinate engagements, anticipate risks and propose solutions
  • Maintain client relationships, identify opportunities and contribute to the development of the Finance practice
  • Participate in tender processes and the preparation of commercial proposals
  • Contribute to the development of performance management offerings focused on consolidation
  • Monitor developments in the EPM tools ecosystem and manage partnerships
  • Lead internal initiatives and participate in Group-wide internal and cross-functional projects (CSR, HR, Marketing)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (DSCG, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, Master’s in Finance, business school or university degree)
  • At least 7 years of experience, including 4 years in consolidation and consolidated reporting
  • Experience gained in an in-house and/or consulting environment
  • Significant experience managing teams
  • Expertise in at least one recognized EPM consolidation tool (Tagetik, Group Reporting, SAP FC, HFM, etc.)
  • Participation in new consolidation tool deployment projects or Finance function transformation projects focused on consolidation
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Methodical, rigorous and proactive

  • Leadership skills and the ability to engage and mobilize teams
