About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate AI for All initiatives, including acculturation programs, trainings, and large-scale adoption of Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio
- Ensure AI initiatives comply with SG/Ayvens frameworks and coordinate required validations and governance processes
- Own and structure the AI demand pipeline, including business case collection, tracking, and follow-up across entities
- Manage the AI project portfolio, stakeholder alignment, business cases, delivery roadmap, risks, governance, and scaling of AI solutions
- Coordinate across business, IT, risk, legal, architecture, and central SG teams
- Drive communication and visibility of AI initiatives across countries and functions
- Support and monitor AI delivery at scale, remove bottlenecks, and accelerate go-live timelines
- Drive training, enablement, change initiatives, and responsible AI adoption across Ayvens
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred
- Continuous learning and professional development in AI, data analytics, project management, and leadership
- Familiarity with the automotive or mobility industry is a plus
- Experience driving change, enabling users, and scaling AI adoption responsibly
- Ability to manage multiple AI initiatives and prioritize opportunities
- Ability to align strategy, governance, and execution across business, IT, risk, legal, and leadership
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business narratives
- Understanding of AI governance, compliance, risk management, and responsible AI adoption
- Fluent in English is required
