About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned Regulatory Compliance risk domains
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Group Compliance framework
  • Support implementation and embedding of compliance frameworks across local entities
  • Provide risk-based advice and constructive challenge to business, product, operations and support functions
  • Support strategic projects, new products, business initiatives and transformation programmes from a compliance perspective
  • Contribute to Group-wide compliance risk assessments and thematic reviews
  • Drive or contribute to cross-functional projects related to regulatory developments and compliance transformation
  • Collaborate with local Compliance teams, business stakeholders and other control functions
  • Translate regulatory requirements into practical, proportionate and risk-based solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in Regulatory Compliance within an international financial services, banking, leasing or regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of compliance risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Experience advising business stakeholders on regulatory, conduct and ethical compliance matters
  • Ability to assess regulatory developments and translate them into practical, risk-based recommendations
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects, business transformations and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a multicultural, international environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Fluent in English is required
