About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead all phases of audit engagements, from planning and execution through completion, across a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Prepare clear, accurate audit documentation according to firm methodology and professional standards
  • Research and resolve complex accounting and financial reporting issues, including practical application of IFRS, US GAAP, and auditing standards
  • Act as a key client contact, proactively identifying issues and delivering value-added recommendations
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality audit services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, plus a CPA designation (or CFE completion with active progress toward designation)
  • 2–3 years of public practice audit and accounting experience with meaningful exposure to client engagements
  • Solid working knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards, with ability to apply them in real-world scenarios
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities using CaseWare, MS Office, and emerging technologies
