About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead bank integration programmes, projects, and workstreams on the Azqore platform
- Deliver banking consulting activities
- Analyse gaps across various functional banking domains
- Analyse clients’ business requirements
- Define specifications and model requirements
- Define and optimise processes and the target operating model
- Draft specifications, reports, and minutes
- Map migration data
- Configure the system, conduct testing, and manage defects
- Deploy solutions, provide training, manage change, and support users
- Conduct process review and optimisation assignments for client banks
- Manage project, workstream, and programme plans
- Develop operational workflow diagrams
- Manage risks, issues, budgets, timesheets, and invoices
- Supervise project teams and support junior team members
- Advise prospects during the sales process and develop business cases
- Facilitate steering committees and governance sessions
- Manage relationships with senior management at client banks
- Report to Azqore senior management and communicate with executive leadership bodies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent
- PMP certification is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in banking consulting, including experience with bank integration or reorganisation projects
- Proficiency in standard office productivity and AI tools
- In-depth knowledge of a Core Banking System; S2i is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and rigorous
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Ability to synthesise information and develop the most effective process/data path for achieving an objective
- Enjoyment of teamwork and ability to coach junior colleagues
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory (C1 level)
- Residence in Switzerland is mandatory
