About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the cabin and aircraft retrofit concept in alignment with the company’s positioning.
- Participate in the selection of seats, colors, materials, lighting, and internal visual communications.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Operations, and Brand teams to ensure the planned experience is implemented.
- Conduct customer research and analyze satisfaction metrics, including NPS, complaints, and feedback.
- Support the communication and promotion of cabin and service enhancements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Knowledge of aviation products and concepts, as well as the inflight experience, is preferred.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with KPIs.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to foster collaboration across teams.
