About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Schedule and lead meetings with business units, vendors, and the internal IT team
Follow up on outstanding activities with vendors, business units, and the curation team
Request management support in conflict situations
Monitor business unit satisfaction
Report on activity progress
Monitor the effectiveness of help desk scripts and develop action plans for adjustments
Report completed activities daily through a timesheet
Support the audit process
Engage and follow up with responsible parties during critical system incidents
Prepare technical specifications for coordinator review
Propose and discuss solution architecture with the responsible architects
Prepare RMs for testing and production environments
Participate in project conceptualization and propose new solutions
Analyze and propose improvements to business processes
Prepare business cases for review by a senior analyst or coordinator
Take responsibility for medium- and high-complexity projects, including schedules, project plans, project charters, change requests, testing plans, RMs, and project closure documents
Propose improvements to existing systems
Prepare status reports for projects under their responsibility
Follow up on proposals and negotiations with the Procurement team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development or a related field
Knowledge of technology solutions
Experience as a Product Owner
Ability to propose solution architecture, discuss it with the responsible architects, and participate in final solution decision-making
Ability to identify and analyze process-related risks and impacts on other business units
Ability to analyze and propose business process improvements to simplify IT solutions
