About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop web and mobile front-ends and other analytics solutions
Enhance the existing JavaScript codebase
Architect applications and collaborate with the team to integrate third-party APIs and services
Design the overall application framework, including component hierarchy, authentication, and error handling
Collaborate with engineering teams in SaaS, big data computing, and ML/AI
Deliver high-quality products and features with minimal technical supervision
Build well-factored and tested JavaScript applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and front-end coding skills
5+ years experience in React (Redux), Angular and/or Vue
Self-driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving
Professional English proficiency (B2/C1)
Experience with backend development (Node.js / Express) (preferred)
Prior experience with building RESTful web services (preferred)
Experience writing SQL and using NoSQL databases (preferred)
Experience with automated testing (TDD, mocking, unit/functional/integration) (preferred)
Must be based in Latin America
