About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development and custom technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
Guide and coach the Project Management team, fostering continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence
Identify and remove impediments and risks affecting team velocity and project delivery
Apply and champion Agile methodologies to manage project workflows and ensure timely delivery
Communicate project updates, progress, and risks to senior management and stakeholders
Oversee billing, time tracking, and budget management for project portfolios
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to ensure continuous delivery of products and services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
6+ years of experience in an IT Delivery Management role with a focus on Agile methodologies
C1 English skills (essential)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with JIRA and Notion
Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
The candidate’s experience as a DM will be evaluated based on their past role
Experience delivering AI, ML, or data-driven software projects, a meaningful advantage given Azumo's specialization
