About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide daily operational support for the existing infrastructure and users of IT services
  • Work on projects to develop and deploy new technologies
  • Implement internal processes and controls
  • Provide infrastructure support, including hardware, operating systems, email, printing, and networks
  • Maintain WMS Wi-Fi handheld scanners and their operating systems
  • Maintain network cabling and Wi-Fi infrastructure
  • Maintain printers and plotters
  • Manage small replacement hardware items, such as keyboards and mice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in IT support is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Word required
  • Availability to work from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Work location: Pavuna
