About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor service levels for deliveries across the retail, wholesale, and sample channels, including on-time delivery rates and average delays
Monitor supplier performance and the allocation process, including purchase order issuance, deliveries, work in progress (WIP), monthly supply, lead times, production chain prioritization, and commercial terms
Address production variances in coordination with the team
Manage the team and suppliers through performance indicators, problem analysis, issue mapping, action plan development, and opportunity identification
Monitor key suppliers on site
Participate in OKR activities
Support the brand in directing operations by translating business needs into actions for the operations team and contributing to decisions that ensure deadlines and results are met

Requirements

What you’ll need

One year of experience in PCP or Procurement is preferred
Intermediate Excel skills
Knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, and pattern making, is preferred
