About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product vision and backlog prioritization, ensuring deliveries create a real impact on the sales flow
  • Lead the team’s Agile ceremonies: planning, pre-planning, review, refinement, and retrospectives
  • Serve as the focal point for brand stakeholders and external partners, translating needs into product solutions
  • Maintain active relationships with the brands’ Commercial and back-office teams, including periodic store visits for in-field observation
  • Work closely with the tribe’s Product Ops team, closing the loop between what happens in stores and what enters the roadmap
  • Coordinate the bug bash for each release cycle, ensuring critical flows are validated before every delivery
  • Manage product releases: prepare each release, communicate updates to internal teams and brands, and monitor adoption of new features
  • Develop operational product marketing initiatives using AI, focusing on tool adoption and engagement across stores and back-office teams
  • Track OKRs, KPIs, and health metrics, turning data into product decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or business analyst in technology or retail
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and discovery practices
  • SQL for data queries and investigation; this is an essential requirement
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work across technical and business teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with Commercial and Operations teams
  • Genuine interest in working with AI applied to product and communications
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools: DataStudio, Power BI, Firebase, and GA4
  • Basic knowledge of systems architecture and API integrations
  • Knowledge of payment flows, invoice issuance, or commission processes
  • Experience with generative AI and no-code/low-code automation (Make, n8n, or similar tools)
  • Experience with product marketing or product communications
